The Black eyed peas (BEP)

Es un grup format per cuatre components: Will.I.am, Taboo, Alp.de.ap i Fergie. Però aquets no son els seus noms reals, es diuen William James, Jaime Luis, Allan Pineda i Stacy Ann, respectivament.

Al principi la banda es va formar l'any 1995 amb els tres nois que provenen de los Angeles, van fer principalment solament rap, fins que la incorporacio de Fergie l'any 2003 els va llançar a la fama. En principi la cantant solament anava a participar en algunes cançons però al veure el seu èxit es va incorporar.

És una banda musical de hip-hop que barreja soul, pop i rap, inclus en en ultim disc han fet mescles de electro i dance. Destaca perquè les seves cançons són originals i amb molt de ritme, no travaras en cap disc una canço lenta.
